Rotary to sponsor 4th annual fundraiser for culture, charity and community

If you are not able to fit that crab bake tour in this year, don’t fret! delicious fresh steamed Dungeness Crab and bar-b-q chicken will be available for your dining pleasure at the 4th Annual Placentia Cowabunga Crabfest Mascot

Cowabunga Crabfest on Saturday June 9, 2012 from 3 – 8pm at the Kraemer Memorial Park on Chapman Avenue. This event, presented by Sam's Club & Golden State Water, will benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of Placentia, H.I.S. House, Placentia Library, local college scholarships and the Community Charities of the Placentia Rotary Club. All you can eat Dungeness Crab and chicken as well as fabulous wines from around the world available for tasting. Entertainment will be provided by Time Flyz. The Placentia Rotary Club, more than 40 members strong, is an organization of Placentia business and professional leaders dedicated to provide service to the community in keeping with our motto, “Service above Self”

Live music

Live music throughout the festival provided by Time Flyz. Playing Classic Rock n' Roll. Time Flyz is an Orange County based collection of musicians who were raised on the sounds of the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's. They pursued different styles of music throughout high school and college. Afternoon Car Show
